

This course was designed for people who have primary chronic insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early for at least 6 weeks), NOT due to a different medical condition causing sleep difficulty (such as sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, etc) who want to avoid or have not found success with prescribed or over-the-counter sleep medications.
This course is divided into 3 Phases with a total of 8 lessons. You may watch and read through all of the materials for each Phase right off the bat; however, Dr. Patrick encourages you to go through each Phase in sequential order until the principles taught in them become engrained. This process averages 2 to 4 weeks per Phase, or up to 12 weeks total.Â

Dr. Ashleigh recommends either printing out the worksheets to complete them, or you complete them with a written or electronic journal. Additionally, Dr. Ashleigh gives information on the most common items she uses for using essential oils, manipulating environmental light, and controlling sound at night, but none of these items are required for success in the Sleep Solution.
